Unlocking achievements from offline mode

So I played this game offline, I finished it, and even got some cool in-game achievements, but now I would like to unlock the Steam achievements. I assumed they would unlock on their own once I went online, but sadly it didn't work.
Is there any way to unlock them without having to replay the entire game? Is there anything I can do in my save file to make Steam "notice" that I at least finished the game? I tried going into a NG+ with the clear save file, but that also didn't work.

They usually do unlock when in offline mode
Its only steam hours counted that doesnt count

Pretty sure you have to connect back onto the internet for the achievements to register. If you get the achievements in offline, and close Steam before connecting online, then there's no way for Steam to store the cloud data.

That's exactly my situation. so there's no way for me to get them back? I figured there must be some way to force the game to make a "check" for at least some of the achievements.
