is it really that difficult to just google for yakuza 0 trophy guide ? the game has been out on ps4 for many months and so there are enough guides out there.

It's impossible to achieve 100% on PC though, as of yet. Substory 36 features an instant crash bug, which is unavoidable, and makes completing the next 6 substories impossible too, because they each, respectively, require their prior substory to be completed first to appear accessible.
The first patch eliminates the crash issue for Substory 36 but the game will yet again crash during substory 40.

The first patch removes the crashes for all those substories.

Subsequent substories are not, and 40 introduces the next crash... for me at least. Others on the forums have reported the same issue.
