an i5 3470 has SSE4.1

No idea about intel side, but fx4300 is barely enough. This cpu is lower than minimal requirements tho.

I have a Intel Xeon X3360 (almost the same thing as a Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550) and the game runs fine for me.

I have an AMD Athlon II X4 630 CPU (2.8Ghz, doesn't support SSE4.1), an AMD Radeon HD 7950(3GB) GPU, and 16GB of ram.

The game runs on Ultra (+full fps in cutscenes) at around 40-60FPS. It drops during busy segments in the city but it's nothing major. For the most part the game runs at a steady 60fps. No crashes or audio glitches or anything like that but I have Windows 8.1 and not Windows 10.

When I first started the game it crashed. But the 2nd and 3rd time it started first try. Framerate wasn't great at first, but I used the audio stuttering fix and set the process to high priority and I was able to play at ~40+ FPS at ultra. Crazy. I'm not far into the game, yet. Just some fighting and the karaoke. My only problem is that cutscenes sometimes freeze for some seconds.

Works like a charm

Im playing on AMD PHENOM X6 1075T which lacks SSE4.1 support

So, yeah it works

Besides, you can check if your CPU will "fit" by checking benchmark scores at store page
