Real Estate Royale Payouts

So, almost every store in the leisure king area is S rank, but the remaining areas look like they're too expensive. Can someone tell me what the payouts are of the other areas once all the stores are S rank? I'm wondering if it's worth the time investment or not

EDIT . . . Here are the payout values for anyone looking for exact numbers. All stores in each area are S rank except for the media king's. I only have 2 S rank stores in that area, the rest are A.

Leisure King Area : 63,780,000
Electronics King Area: 80,720,000
Pleasure King Area: 168,320,000
Gambling King Area: 364,480,000
Media King Area: 553,760,000

Oh they definitely provide more, issue is they take longer to payout. I'd suggest getting the payout upgrade from the shrine. For a reference gambling king near maxed in close to 300 million yet payout.

Oh they definitely provide more, issue is they take longer to payout. I'd suggest getting the payout upgrade from the shrine. For a reference gambling king near maxed in close to 300 million yet payout.

Yea, I have the third upgrade for collection time, doesn't seem to take that long. But only 300 mil for the gambling one? Doesn't seem like enough to justify the cost of some of the buildings in that area. Does anyone know what the others are?

Buying all of the buildings is more than worth it. Not only does the total payout once everything is upgraded get up over 1 billion yen, but doing the real estate royale storyline unlocks the outer rings on Kiryu's styles.

Leisure: 103.6 mil
Electronics: 475.2 mil
Pleasure: 1.056 bil
Gambling: 2.114 bil
Media: 7.4568 bil
Seems more expensive than it really is, especially considering how quick the return is, and the fact you can go kick the crap out of Shakedown between payouts.

Your suppose to tackle them in the following order, electric, pleasure, gambling. Trust me payout of all those areas help in purchasing other buildings. The issue is time more then anything.

Who are your managers for those areas? Seems like that can be done with the gambling king ad a manager.

It varies. If you don't change managers regularly, they end up not pulling in as much money.

What's confusing me the most about all of this is the cost to rank up stores, it seems way too high for anything past the leisure king's area for not that much payout

You're putting entirely too much value on the miniscule amounts of money it costs to upgrade things. Hell, you could use the first couple advisors and skip the more expensive ones if you want. It'd just take way damn longer to finish things.

Miracle is a worthwhile advisor expensive but pretty much needed later for upgrades.

He's about 48 mill but he's a 5 star character and is good at everything.

Also, completing the Real Estate sidequest is the only way to truly become a LEGEND.

The pay outs are amazing. I get 1.5 Billion every 5 minutes. Upgrading the shops is a 100% must. Not wasted money In the least.

I've been looking at it all wrong, it's more of a secondary source of income than a primary. Farming mr shakedown with kiryu and that deep pocket upgrade are much faster. After two fights, I'm up to 7 billion. I'll buy all those properties, but only so I can unlock all of the skills
