There is a mod for the VITA version of this game that removes the hearts (yes there is absolutely nothing underneath, they're like barbie dolls.)

But I would imagine a similiar mod could be created for the pc version, maybe even with some edited images. :v
Currently I'm not aware of any such thing though.

Nude mods have nothing to do with games in their original state. This censored/uncensored nonsense has gone on for far too long.
