Zegnautus Keep - Elevator Crash

3 times in a row just now, I tried to take the elevator to the upper levels of the keep, but right when Ardyn says "You still haven't found Gladio" the game crashes to desktop. Also, the door to the throne room is missing entirely, but there's a floating control panel in its place that you can walk right through. I grabbed a screenshot of that. Can we get a bug fix here? Thanks :)
