Vegging Out/A Meat Most Magnificent quests bugs

Sooo I wanted to give Takka the ingredients he wanted (I have them in my inventory) but the game doesn't let me. He still talks that the recipe will be mm-mm and that the beast's dangerous (I killed the beast).

For Vegging Out, I grabbed the root the shop guy wanted, but the quest doesn't update. It still says "harvest an aromatic root"
I tried reloading recent saves, files verification and nothing..
although i modded the game with cheat engine to unlock outfits and installed special k, but after "cleaning" the game out of them it doesn't workkkk
