Well, there is something to fix for them - but it's not the game per se.
Something re: Windows being weird, some setting you're using and forgot you're using, or other software conflicting, or windows packages or any driver type things you're missing/not updated, who knows. Randoms on the internet aren't likely to solve it for you since we have no idea how your rig is set up. Time to get researchin'.

EDIT: defining what "not working" means would at least be a bit, possibly, helpful. That could be anything from CTD/errors after clicking play, or audio issues, or getting to main menu but it won't create/load saves, or a few dozen other symptoms. No one can read your mind. :)
