how dose someone e get to the chocobo carnival and can some one tell me why my game crashes when i try fighting the goo monster in the dungeon behind the water fall

Steamworkshop is very limited and is only for costumes and weapons. The carnival is a lot more then just a weapon or a skin

It is safe 100% Many people use it and make mods for it.

You just download it and install it like any other program not hard at all

and why not use nexus mod and \/ortex mod manager

Flagrum is a tool for modders to create mods as well as a mod installer. You NEED it to install mods made with flagrum, you can't just use vortex.

I highly recommend it and https://modworkshop.net/game/ffxv to find mods.

The Chocobo Carnival mod is in early access for now https://modworkshop.net/mod/41579 the download leads to the creators patreon. The mod will release on the modworkshop for everyone on april 14th.

For Flagrum, go to the Github and click on "Flagrum 1.4.5" under releases on the right side of the screen then download the "Setup.exe" and install it.
