is cheat engine safe?

The real cheat engine is very safe and i'm using it for years - it is an open source program and evyone can check it. It's used by professionals ...
And it doesn't contain any viruses (if you take the real one ! https://cheatengine.org/), you may have to disable your anti-virus at installation (as you would do to install, for example, a crypto wallet) because some anti-virus programs (not all of them!) mistakenly pick up parts of Cheat Engine as a trojan/virus.

Cheat engine is widely used it is 100% safe. 99.9% of anti viruses think it is a virus because it can modify things but that how cheating works. Its safe it just sets off most anti viruses due how it works.
