Report a translation problem
I got it resolved by following the steps mentioned below:
1. Navigate to your actual launching .exe file inside of windows
(For me it was D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY XII THE ZODIAC AGE\x64)
2. Right click and Chang Properties - run in compatibility mode for windows 8
3. Try launching the game at this point. I still got the message, but I had the option to press "retry" and "next". I spam clicked "retry" and it would keep popping up a dozen or so times, until eventually the game launched.
4. Once it launched once, it was fine. I was even able to turn off compatibility mode and it still launches perfectly fine.
