Link to Twitch Prime Account

I know it has been asked many times, but i couldnt find my exact problem in one of the threads, so im asking here :

When i try to enter my twitch-account in the game menu, it goes to an internet-error page and tells me i need to be logged in, to access the page... the login information is correct and i can login to my twitch account via the website. I already claimed the chocobo via twitch prime.

Any suggestions?

Once you login into twich prime ingame your set. Just go the website on twich prime and hit claim on the pack. The game will see you claimed the bird pack and tell your square account its unlocked and let you use the skin. The game will not tell you this. Just make new game get past all the intro stuff. Once you get to cindy you should see 10k gil then you know you unlocked it.

i still cant link my ff15 to twitch, no matter what i do. i know im an exception, but i really want to take my twitch loot someday...

I didn't have to do this when I claimed the last Twitch Prime reward (Ive done all of them) but for this one, it wouldn't work until I went to Twitch account/Settings and disconnected my original FFXV "connection" first then reloaded the game, signed in to Twitch from in-game again, exit/reloaded the game again.

Sometimes if you already have a "connection" to something on Twitch, it won't recognize it after a while and you have to disconnect/reconnect it again. Maybe that's what's happening to you as well?

Although I didn't get a "can't connect" message initially, like you - the bonus items just weren't loading in.
