Stuck in story mission
I'm currently stuck in the "Declaration of War" mission, the part where you have to meet an npc behind the Norduscaen Blocklade. The problem is that the npc is not there so i can't continue

Yeah i was at the right place, the problem was literally the NPC not spawning, restarting the game fixed it.

Hey if anyone's still stuck do this.

1. go to the spot
2. save game
3. load game
4. she's there

It worked for me hopefully it works!
