Crash at Altissia

when i teleport from main map to altissia,i can stay there for 3 sec then crash.100% of the time.Wat the hell?

Seeing your other thread I would recommend verifying your game files in Steam.

That's weird , maybe it has nothing to do with the game itself, high cpu temperature can lead to shutdowns. altissia use a lot of memory also.. maybe you have a defective RAM ? I mean i'm pretty sure that if you try to load you save on another computer you wouldn't crash.. maybe you can try that than continu your clouded save ?

Also i can play hours and hours on original map.No crash whatsoever.But on altissia,i will crash after i take a few steps or even afk for 4 sec

So...you're teleporting/Umbra-ing in, so it's not your first visit via the boat, right?

I remember early on, crashing at a certain main quest point in Altissa was reported more than once (heh) but the only thing I was able to (quickly) find re: crashing upon entering the city was related to first-time going there. Could still try them tho.

If you haven't updated gpu driver in a while, do it.
If you're using SpecialK, try removing/disabling it. Some have had issues with it there, where removing it (and maybe then reapplying it later?) helped, or something, I'm not clear on it, don't quote me.

I got on the boat and I can't go to altissia. The game crashes and doesn't move forward. I can't continue. The game is having a lot of problems.

The solution was simple: disable the internet! Minor texture defects disappeared. I use an rtx 3080 ti and it always happened. The game doesn't close anymore. Much better!
