Leviathan Bug

So finally got through the leviathan fight after restarting the game 3 times. Every time, near the end.... I need to block his attack then counter. But after I block the counter option flashes on screen and it just won't work... Sometimes it bugged even before this and he just froze or attacks repeating animation. This fight is BUGGED!!!
How is no one talking more about this?
although this whole game is bugged. Hunts not appearing, NPCs stuck in the ground or walls, and the Regalia... barely driveable. Especially off road version that messed up the camera.

Is no one else struggling to keep this game running forward and fighting the constant glitches?
This is supposed to be a AAA game. I... I can't believe it. This is what video games have become? It's an embarrassment.

Pretty sure something is wrong with your PC. I've never encountered any bugs you describe. RAM or disk errors perhaps? Try verifying game files integrity. Or running a system stability check (like AIDA64).

I don't know if "nobody ever" has had such issues, but I haven't, either on PS4 or PC, and I haven't seen tons of threads with such issues. Not saying there are no gameplay glitches/bugs reported, but generally speaking it's not very common/not a majority of players.

Could be your save (or game install) became a little corrupted at some point and if you reintstalled and started a new game you wouldn't have (or would have a lot less of) them.

Who knows.

Only encounter a few minor bugs so far. Some npc pathing on multi-level areas isn't so great.
The Leviathan boss I beat it 1st time, just holding two buttons using Ragnarok. I did notice the beast get stuck a lot, but hold down the warp attack...you just do it to win. I think that is a bug in itself, not sure. Ragnarok seems way too powerful.
