how i fixed my stuttering in game without lowering the graphics
Dear all
I have gtx 1070 core i7 16 GB RAM and latest windows update. I observed in this game after a few seconds of gameplay massive stuttering with physics hair going crazy.
I tried everything . What i did and it solved my stutterring and also got an FPS boost was :

1, Hit start menu and type "Defender", it should bring up "Windows Defender settings" entry, so open it.

2, Another juicy part - if you use another AV software, like for example in my case - ESET, then you would naturally assume everything Defender related is disabled, and you would be wrong. If you use Defender, you will be brought to the Windows Defender Security Center straight away, but if you don't, you will end up on a Settings page saying that Windows Defender is not available because it's turned off. Click "Turn on Windows Defender Antivirus" - don't worry, your AV software will disable it again straight away.

3, Once you are in Windows Defender Security Center, Click App & browser control button

4, Scroll all the way down, to Exploit protection, and click Exploit protection settings text

5, Once on Exploit protection page, set Control flow guard (CFG) to OFF.

6, It will prompt you to restart your PC

7, After the restart, enjoy your smooth Windows experience again

Dude, everyone know that. Windows defender being fps killer is older than my grandmother... still that doesnt fix the stuttering issues with the game.
This'll help some people but yeah... this is kinda the basics for PC gaming.

Turn off UAC, turn off Windows Defender and Windows firewall, install your own AV, force your dekstop/laptop to use dedicated GPU through the NVIDIAM/AMD panel the day you get it.

I found turning my monitor to 30hz and running the game borderless eliminates the stutter completely for me but I like to play at 30 fps when I crank it to 60 fps I put my TV to 60hz and run borderless and still no stutter.

I doubt that'd work for most people. The way Windows handles borderless games usually means noticeable performance loss rather than gain.
um.. I think I'd rather keep my important security feature on and lower the graphics settings.

never hurts to give it a shot everyone specs are different so it might work for them, it worked great for me so i thought i just give my input.

Im running the game at 1440 with all settings max and all nvidia fluff turned on and holding a stable 30fps in borderless ( i prefer the game in 30fps im more of a visual person when it comes to single player games )
Just cap your frame at 60fps in the ingame setting and use Special K mod and cap the frame rate to 30fps, should give you a smooth experinve once you get used to 30fps.

Special k works amazing but also causes the cutscene to look and play horrible.
Welll . i turned off antivirus and i got a trojan (i saw it as an "Name Not Available" sound in Volume Mixer)... Yeah i dont recommand to turn off antivirus anymore -_-''
Thanks for the fix AND warnig, then. Turning that thing off eliminates all stuttering and freezing completely. Maybe some third party av software won't cause this crap, like Avast or something.
