[SOLVED] Sudden massive drops in FPS

Hello guys, So I've played FFXV before for 105 hours with no such issue as described in the header. But I recently started playing again to complete hunts and some other stuff. I reinstalled SK and applied my reshade preset and installed some mods from the nexusmods guide called 'Something something royal experience' Mind you, nothing new has been installed I've actually installed less stuff this time around from that guide.

I also have a new PC since the first time playing CPU/RAM and Mobo are new GPU is still the same, Specs are at the end of the post.

When I'm in certain area's that are very specific I get massive drops in performance. For exmaple there is one lvl 99 hunt its called something like "Dead general strikes down the king". When I am on the edge of the sunken in area is start to drop frames from 55-60 FPS to 10-20 FPS. When I walked away the first time it recovered but when I tried again and walked away it didn't recover. I tried turning off my reshade presets but that didn't help.

I realise this is a very specific situation and I haven't tried to recreate it (I will now) but if anyone has experience a similar situation please share your thoughts.

Solved it kind of, if I start up MSI Afterburner everytime I get massive FPS drops it fixes it self. So probably a graphics drivers issue or something
