Special K not working with MSI AB?

First of all, yes I have the latest version of Special K that was made for FFXV and latest of MSI Afterburner.

The issue is that all of a sudden, the menu (ctrl+shift+backspace) doesn't work at all, in fact there's no sign of it even loading as reshade doesn't even work anymore.

This happens when I have MSI Afterburner on with RivaTuner SS. If I disable RTSS for it or shut down both then it works as usual.

What's strange is that I used to be able to run both at the same time just fine. What the hell is going on here?
