Crown city without a king quest

Anyone can help how to get the last photo beyond a locked gate?Where do i find the key for it,been running around and searching guide for it,havent got any luck until now

There should be a way around the gate, either underground subway paths or outside. I don't think I had to open that to get the photo.

Check a YT video of someone doing the quest if you can't figure it out

nope,its the one near esterway park thats beyond the locked gate and no way around the gate,and there isnt any YT video about it,anyone can help?

found it myself,there's underpass masterkey in one of the checkpoint to get to the locked gate

you dont even need a key to get there to complete the quest... just travel back to the base camp and go to where you started(entrance).

from the resistance camp. go outside to the left to enter the square where you have your first run in with Ardyn. from there continue up to stairs to the east, you can eventually turn north into the area behind the locked gate.

There is a master key underpass in one of the safe room too unlcok all gates
