how i do call umbra?

i did get done all the game and got the newgame+ but i dont want to get over all again
so how can i call umbra for get back to past? she need to be near the sleep room or..?

if u started a NG+, you play the game again. your whole "story progress" is lost. so calling umbra is possible at the same spot you already know ^^. doing all optional stuff after finishing the game works with loading your savegame again and just go where ever you like. sorry my friend :-(

go to sleep room and talk with the bed, you will have an option of 'call umbra'

First you load the savefile that cleared the game. Any inn (bed icon on map), talk to the receptionist and you'll see an option to call umbra.

Take note the chapter you are stuck in, is 15. Even if you return to past Altissa or Lucis.

You had to use chapter select if you want to return to specific chapter, but be warned that quests, sidequests and bounties are reset. This reset also apply if you chapter select 15.

after you have beaten the game it asked you to make a save file right before the last quest, you have to say yes, load that save file and there you have your endgame you can tp back in time doing the optional dungeons where you can only go if you ended the game
