So far, I've been using TAA instead of DLSS, with everything ON and Highest (TRAM included) and no crashes. Been playing hours on 4 occasions now, but so did last time. I'm gonna hold judgment until I have more data/proof.
Are you using DLSS? If not and still crashing, then I have no idea. Maybe I'm just getting lucky with those few occasions. If you are, then trying going to TAA/FXAA and see if it crashes.
DLSS gives me more frames/performance, but I'd rather play a game with no crashes. With DLSS, I get about 60 to 80 fps; 40 to 60 fps with TAA.
Using Windows 10 2004 and latest NVIDIA driver 451.67.

i dont know which DLSS driver was working before as i just have my RTX 3080 ti for 2 week now
beeing playing other games and it was fine only FFXV have issue
