Alternatively you can just screenshot photos while viewing them full-screen in-game if you have a screenshot program.
They already bumped it up to 200 from the original 150. :)
Folder (in win7, dunno if it varies a bit in win10):
Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XV\Steam\"a big # string"\savestorage\snapshot
Edits: so many typos, I just woke up
nobody cancreate a mod ? and why a limit ? and can we ask square enix to high the limit again ?
On consoles it was assumed too many would cause performance issues (even the 200 could make the non-Pro ps4 lag while scrolling through the album). I doubt SE saw it as a priority and one increase was enough to them.
I do know what you mean re: having them in-game. But the truth is, for pic-happy folks like us, no matter how much you increase it, you'd always want more. Just have to start collecting them out of game. I usually use Ansel instead now anyway and the 300+GB of those pics would not fit in the game.
Look for a guide here called "Store all your camera snapshots" by GJ. There's this little program (Not exactly an ingame mod, consider it more of a companion program) you start up while you're playing and it'll convert all of the game's photos (That are saved as a modified jpg if I remember right) and turn them into regular JPGs for you in a folder you pic out. So it saves all the photos you and Prom take during the day! You can even check your folder while playing for a sneaky peek at what Prom's taken that day before he shows you.
It's really easy to get it going once you've got the instructions down, and saves you from having to pick and choose what pics to save or delete during the game since it just saves them all.
