It includes:
Features the Royal Vessel: add's more fishing sae quests, the Bismark quests and a misterious island that you will never land on couse game will stay unfinished forever.
First person camera.
Archive, so you can read cosmogony stories and other text items..
Unlocks the Armiger Unleashed with Founder King’s Sigil.
Insomnia City Ruins, with Omega Optional SuperBoss.
Regalya Type-D and racing minigames.
Unless you're going finish 100% game and 100% love it, I don't see this worth it...
Edit: As a special PC version, you can play AVATARA world, wich add's Comrade's costumization to the main game, hide-seek special points with gifts, and share photographs arround the world.
The Insomnia changes are fairly significant but outside of what might be called cameos of certain characters it doesn't add tons to the story per se. The Founder King battles that were added are fun, some additional Cor sidequests/involvement, a vehicle, a greatly enlarged Insomnia Ruins area etc.
If you want more visual/gameplay chr background and story that would largely be in Prompto, Ignis, and Ardyn DLC, which are not integrated into main game.
Edit: Comrades DLC also has a couple quests and scenes that relate to the main story game but not sure it's worth playing it for hours and hours just to see it. You can just YouTube it.
At any rate, I've always considered the game "finished" story-wise, it's just that details and chr motivations that people want more of, never really gelled or materialized even with DLC. Episode Gladio is a complete throwaway. Ignis and Ardyn is the most relevant to main storyline.
You might be better off only buying Ardyn DLC and just playing that + Ignis after finishing the main game.
