how access to the Malacchi hills donjon ?

i try to jump with chocobo but i dont jump higher to acess it :/

How far into the game are you? The dungeon doesn't become available until Chapter 5 (Quest: The Trial of Ramuh). Until then, the cave entrance is blocked off by a large stone. Once the story quest is activated and it tells you to go there, then a lightning bolt will destroy the stone blocking the dungeon as you approach it.
