Seriously? A overklocked RTX 2060 can barley run this game at max settings at 60fps?
What the heck is wrong with them, how can a GPU that powerfull struggle that badly with this game at 1080p? ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ xD

Whats your processor? This game is very cpu intensive.
Edit:
Ah you have a 4 core. Which as the recommended system requirements say on the first page is good for 1080p 30fps.

My old i7-920 paired with 980ti ran the game on a 1080 monitor with 150% scaling on top, at average 55-60fps with only nividaworks off and TRAM High instead of Highest (only 6GB vram on my gpu, so...).

At any rate, even some older 4core/8thread cpu's like mine can get ok/decent fps (far more than 30fps at least) at 1080 if the gpu isn't ancient, but rock-steady 60+/all max may not or is not likely to happen. Especially in those known areas that are very hard on performance.

But I liked playing in 4k on a bigger TV better so I went to medium-ish settings and 35-40fps instead. :P

Your old 980ti is probably better than the cash-grab OP bought...

I'm playing with 2080 and not noticing any problems at all, maybe it is your RGB settings?
at first, WHY THE HECK ARE YOU COMPARING A 2080 WITH A 2060
2nd, ok, this could really be an issue, i only have one blue fan and the green logo of the 2060 founders edition, but my keyboard, mouse and mousepad are full RGB, should i apply some unicorn womit on my CPU?
or should i try to overklock my keyboard lighting?
EDIT: How high have you klocked your Vram?
i got mine to 8000mhz, afterburner doesnt allow more, runs stable

Think by RGB settings they were referencing pixel format. I recall the game itself is locked at 60fps. If you are doing 60fps with all the extra NIVIDA hair crap turned on your card is ok.

Is your GPU the bottleneck?
Is it running at 100%?

yes i have turned EVERYTHING on max settings possible with everything expect motion blurr turned on, mostly the cards is around 85-95% AT ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 1080p 60hz Vsync on, seriously, what is this game, i have NEVER seen such a graphic intensive title in my life, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, i really didnt expect that

yes the GPU is the bottleneck, its overklocked, with everything turned on/maximum quality, mostly over 85-95%, seriously, what is this game, i never thaught that a 2060 can struggle at 1080p 60hz, vsync on

Run the benchmark tool and see if it sits where you expect
Also, disable all the Nvidia special effects, they destroy your GPU, especially the turf one.

Damm I have a 2060 and a i7-6700 and I can run this with 70 - 100 FPS on high.

You won't get 60 FPS with the Nvidia features turned on. I'm running a GTX 1080 and I won't get 60 at 1440p with those on. The turf one also causes a memory leak.

The heaviest FPS hits in this game are all the Nvidia features and Assets. You won't even notice a big difference in picture but you will definitely notice a huge smooth transition when you turn them off
