Can't change the music in the Regalia

I've encountered a problem since I installed the mod Radio Tuner. I tried to import a few of my own songs thanks to that mod. I wanted to try if it worked by changing the music in the Regalia player, until I got stuck in "Choosing Hope". It seems that I can't change the music anymore, and I don't hear any music.

What can I do ? Thanks in advance

Disable the mod and restart the game, would be my first troubleshoot. Scan integrity of game files would be my next choice.
