Download link for the files to Version 1.25 (no stuttering)

Hello dear people,

I keep seeing that stuttering is strong in Eos, so I want to provide you with a download link to the patch 1.25, so you can easily download it, copy the files and get rid of all the stuttering.

I wanna give props to Silver Aga in his post here:

I downloaded the file, pasted the fiels as he described and experienced no stuttering and even improved performance for my game (but I cannot say if this will be the same case for you)

I just want to provide this link to give another download altenative, because I keep seeing that people say that the download link does not work or Microsoft One Drive does not work for them. Also, this makes it so easy to revert back, because you don't have to do complicated stuff with the Steam depot, sooooooo

Let me provide you with a Google Drive link. I had to separate the data into 2 .rar parts, so I could upload them, I also think that downloading the makes this a bit less of a hassle (at least for people having a bad internet connection, so they are not forced to download this huge chunk of data (16,5 GB) in 1 go)

I actually and unfortunately cannot say that as this mod never worked for me.
Even with the latest version nor 1.25, the game would not launch for me after copying the files into the directory.

Do you might know a reason why the special K does not work for me?

Perhaps a gfx injection tool like reshade is conflicting, I seem to have issues with it crashing on boot with various fullscreen/windowed modes also.

Holding ctrl and shift on boot can help it avoid issues so you can set it up...

But honestly I'm no expert

Just to clarify, all I do is drag and drop these files into the FFXV game folder to replace existing files, yes?

Download keeps failing for me unfortunately- if I have some luck I'll get to test special k with this version.

I refunded the game recently sadly because it kept stuttering. So there is a new patch? Why isn't the patch deployed to everyone automatically? Why do we need to third party download it ourselves? Really poor form by Square. The game is on sale again on Humble Bundle but if they can't get their act together, I'm either forced to play my PS4 Royal Edition copy or just not bother. ;(

No, the patch 1.25 is actually an older version, about at least 1 year old (or even older). It was the last version before steam workshop was introduced to the steam version and the last version where the stuttering did not occur, thats why this is a way to revert back to a stutterless version and no recent update.
