Of course i know how is the ring look like. That's the exact reason why i don't understand.
At any rate, that would not be something you can just "find" in the game. (edit - eg, you're not "missing" anything, it's a mod).
I always found it rly stupid that the Ring is an equippable "weapon"...
For those of you wondering about this stuff, this accessory is in the game all along, it wasn't mod, the only way you can reach it is by using debug menu which impossible for recent version of the game, I've got one save from fresh beginning that has almost all weapons and accessories including this, it's way too op, and honestly speaking, kinda killing the fun of the game. I can share the save file for those who wants it.
