Yeah...I can't remember exactly where they come from, but I have that version of the game too. I made a concious effort to avoid using any of those OP weapons though, feels kinda pointless to play on God mode

Well it's a deluxe weapon comes with Royal Edition, and it's for fun.

If memory serves, it was originally a DLC gained separately as a holiday extra bonus for those who had bought the season-pass, and yes it's an end-game/for-fun type of weapon. The Royal/Windows all-in-one packages have it and lots of other mico-t DLC just given/dumped into your inventory at the start.

Those invulnerability suits weren't (paid) dlc tho. They were going to come with the game at the start but were delayed for copyright similarity issues, and then finally dumped into the game months later.
