How do you break the Chadernook?

Hey

Im playing comrades and im doing the Phantom In The Frame quest. To kill Chadarnook to get the Jahrk crossbow. Ive done it a few times now and no drops. Ive heard about breaking but im new to the mechanic.

How do you break the Chadernook so he drops the Jahrk?

i use the skill from laser sensors, crusher x
as i remember right, it got 50% chance to break things
and aim the head to break

When I fight chadernok it only has one target, no head to aim for which is why I asked here. Previously Ive been using a lvl 99 Mikazuki and a lvl 50 Raiton Shuriken for Thundara, I can kill it but no break.

Don't have hard numbers, but I think polearms and maces have better breaking power than other weapons, maybe try those if you have any decent ones.

Also, I think that the Jahrk is a random drop, so you might not get it on the first try.
