Game freezes frequently in the menu/interface

The game keeps freezing frequently, no matter how long the game session is. Usually freezes in the gear menu, elemency menu and even while fishing and ignis new recipe discovery. The slower i am with the keyboard inputs, the safer it is, but if i start mashing buttons fast, it freezes and i have to restart the game. No problems while fighting or exploring, only in menus. Anyone knows a fix ? I changed the pagefile settings on my pc. I have 16gb ram and play on average settings. Game runs smooth.

It seems something unusual. What hardware and OS are you using?

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz

Video Card Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000

Video Card #2 AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series

RAM 16 GB

Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 17134), 64-

My gpu driver was out of date, maybe that was causing the issues. My gpu memory is quite high aswells, usually around 80/90%

You should update your GPU Driver. AMD Radeon Adrenalin 18.3.1 added support for Final Fantasy XV.

Yeah, im up to date now, but i used to have 18.3.1 already. The newer version did not change my problem though, i think my GPU memory is to small, it keeps increasing over large periods of time, i heard people talking about memory leak issues, maybe its the same here. I just have to restart the game every few hours...
