I hate the english voice acting!
It's so bad that it makes me hate ALL the characters. I have decided to give Japanese voices a shot. Prompto is such a pratt I feel my heart race at all the BS he speaks in his stupid brat like voice. He's such a poncey gype who can go F himself. I hope he dies in the story. I have never felt so offended by such abysmal voice acting as this. :devilskiss:

As my grandmother used to say to me when i had such "existential" problems back in the day:
"hope this will be the biggest problem you will ever have to deal with in your life..."
Back then i didnt understand the full extent of the irony and friendly sarcasm she intended, now i do.

just play it in japanese then and don't complain here
japanese voice, english text. Me every Japan game lul
only problem is that the japanese voices don't match the text, like at all in some cases
They changed too much stuff in the localization

I now use Japanese VA and english text and when Cindy or any big breasted female character speak. I feel so conflicted. I can either read the text or ignore the text so that I can look at Cindys great assets. What an annoying game!

As for Prompto he's been obsessing over Cindy and Aranea lately. He's such a tw@t he couldn't score in a brothel with a rucksack full of gil.

I think the only reason I play this game is for the wonderful scenery.
I compared all the languages and I'd say I like the French voices much more than either English or Japanese ones.
To be fair the english in this one isnt that bad....

But I to do hate that blondie and Id love to bathe his face in acid regardless of his voice
I like it, even if it is a bit exaggerated in a few places
'Ive just come up with a new recepeeeehhhh'
I honestly really like the english voices, tried to play with the japanese voices at some point, but it just got annoying reading the subtitles, if I wanted to read I would have bought a damn manga.
I like the english VA in this game. Only time that I remember it being really bad was during one of the in game cut-scenes after you fall off the cliff with Gladiolus and he starts to yell at Noctis. That part was just so bad.
I am totally a japanese voice lover when its the original source, but ff15 is super rare (in that its the only one) in that I think the english dub is far superior when it comes to the main cast. Prompto..is annoying.. but ignis is amazing. The thing is everyones voice meets their personality (or anime trope, if you will) in the english dub but does anything but in the original japanese.

I am sad to hear that the kingsglaive movie and game cast are not the same though cause Sean Bean and Lena Headey are amazing.
