Damn...
Aye, i went to look after you first said it and also found out about it.
But thats for all FF15 versions, even the one on Microsoft Store.
I am a Nvidia man, but i do hate this kind of crap, its almost as if we are turning GPUs in to consoles themselves.
Besides, most of this stuff ends up being integrated bloatware even for Nvidia users.
Exactly. We all pay for these corporate tricks. UWP can be a similar impulse for programmers creating game ports, like Ryzen for Intel.
-Galdio tshirt buffs strength
-Prompto tshirt accelerates HP recovery rate
-Ignis t-shirt increases critical hit rate,
-and Comrades ups your max HP.
so 4 different gears for you to switch around depending on ur gameplay.
The mcrosoft version gives you a sword that weaken enemimies the more you strike them. they also give you several expensive in-game consumebales.
seems like steam got the way better choice in my opinion.
Beside, base on my game experience, they will also provide these exclusive pre- order dlcs later on with a price
Please Stem version should be better.
The people used to say the same thing about the Quantum Break, and i really don't see any difference at all... the same performance and graphics settings are available to both of versions, the DirectX 11 on Steam doesn't make any diference. So, my recommendation is, if the same game is less expensive on Windows Store, then buy it !!!
always
As has been stated, Steam supports mods (workshop). UWP has completely banned them.
Nothing is ever cheaper on MS Store than it is on Steam.
Also people have failed to mention, Steam has sales, and some pretty big ones. That should be rewarded.
MS Store still charges 60€ for games released 2 years ago.
The only benefit to MS Store is if you also play on XBox, then it offers crossplay. That is LITERALLY the ONLY reason to EVER buy from MS Store!
Edit: I actually do also play on XBox, and I am not really interested in mods, I always prefer vanilla.... and I still won't touch the MS Store version. That should make it pretty clear.
Edit 2: Forgot to point out, GOG should always be priority platform, but they have limited selection. If you can get it from them, you absolutely should!!
