How to lock benchmark @30 FPS?

I can play the game with 60 fps but i just wanna know and see what this game lookslike in 30 fps. Anybody knows how to lock the framerate? I already tried to change my vsync settings from nvidia control panel to half refresh rate but not working

It's a benchmark so I assume that there is no 30fps lock. But from my benchmark result solid 30fps was not bad. I can feel the big difference between Nier:Automata 30FPS(Worse) and FFXV 30fps(better).

The benchmark is locked to borderless window. So there's no way to sync your frames. It also explains the stutter.

You may be able to get around it by setting your desktop refresh rate to 30htz in your driver's control panel. (If that's even possible,,,,)

use RivaTuner and set the limit to 60fps for the benchmark application. the application is ffxv.exe and not the ffxvbench.exe. I managed to get High result with standard settings @1080p resolution on 60fps. I tried 30fps lock by seeing this thread and even tht works as well.
