Why is this called "Windows edition"?
I mean PC version of games aren't always called like that. Are there major differences with the PS4 version?

Why not directly calling it Royal Edition? Are SE messing with the consumer?

I have no idea, but whoever is in charge of their site for this product, should be fired. Misconceptions and misleading descriptions on their site and compared afterwards to steams, are outrageous.

I was thinking it was for windows 10 only like other console games.

FFXV is a PS4 exclusive FFXV Windows Edition is not. Different titles mean that they do not apply to the same legally binding contract as the original game did. Or so i would think. If that isnt the reason then calling it windows edition was a waste of time

because it is only works on windows i guess

Well I won't call it an exclusive when there's a port coming, but the legal binding might be a good reason.

Except it's not a PS4 exclusive, came out on Xbox as well.

'cause no Mac ver.

Yea FFs havent been exclusive since ps2 and even those titles are available on other formats now as ports. Exclusivity as a concept is pointless for publishers/developers, good for console makers but seemingly they can only do it with in house developers.

Yeah it's to avoid OSX and Linux people from buying the game accidentally thinking they could run it
