Unable to redeem my Twitch Prime gift.

I have Amazon Prime (thus twitch prime) and I have redeemed my gift from twitch.tv. When I try to sign into my twitch account it tells me I have to subscribe to 30 day trial to get the gift. Does anyone else have any suggestions on how to fix this? I just got the game (again) now that I have a compatible cpu.

A long time ago.... So apparently I got in game (cause I was brand new to it) and I have 10k Gil starting so I guess I actually "do" have the gift. I was never told a message saying I had it though. I'm not sure if you start w/ 10k gil or not normally. I'm guessing not.

The message is in top left corner and is very un-noticeable.

You don't get any notification in game.

Just goto chocobo ranch and goto lady that customizes chocobo, Change Appearance, if it's there, you got it.

Just did this. It's NOT INTUITIVE AMAZON!

Anyways, just go to twitch and create an account.

Pretty sure I used same email as Amazon, so it was like do you wanna link to this Amazon. I said YES!

Then I had to goto Website to "Claim" the gift.

Then I had to go do the thing in game.

Then I had to verify my email.

Then I had to claim gift again. Then I got it.

So in short, setup Twitch account with same email as Amazon.

Verify the email thru email you get from Twitch.

Claim the gift while logged into to Twitch prime. Little crown Icon at top.

Go in game and claim it and login and all that.

Quite obvious lmao otherwise you would not be able to buy trough amazon and have an amazon prime account.

You mean the Amazon that depending on the country also allows you to use your bank card to pay for prime?
