Fast travel to cape caem = crash
Right after I bought that wooden cactuar for that little kid - every time i try to travel to cape i get a crash followed by "There is not enough memory in the system" - reloading the game doesnt help - definitely something wrong with the code....

Could you specify your specs and starting location before fast travelling there? Got similar issue and I'm trying to narrow down the errors.

i managed to bypass the problem - i fast traveled to hammer head - lowered the resolution to 50% - switched to regular regila - saved - opened the game again - load - fast travel to cape than put resolution of 100% and now its completely fixed - i dont think its hardware related - its a problem with the game code - it tries to accesed areas in the vram/ram/vitrual mem it shouldnt....

Everytime I try to use Umbra or camp at lodgings or campsites, it crashes the game whenever it goes into the loading process. It pops up some kind of error or failure to launch thus forces the game to shut down but not the computer.

I thought the problem was not the item but when using Umbra to travel back to the present or any moment in the game. I can use the boat, car, chocobo and travel around. I am unable to tally my experience points for some reason. I just got to chapter 10 and I cannot get back to the main story. I went to do some backtracking in Altissia and on the mainland for sidequests and now I am stuck. Do I need to start a new game?

try to lower the resolution scale to 50% before traveling

Just did that and it still does it. There is something else wrong or the file became corrupted in some way. The code for that item could be the cause and I did buy that cactuar item but I am not sure what could be causing it. I can fast travel to cape caem and altissia by other means but not by Umbra and I cannot even rest. I started a new game and now I can rest again. SOMEONE NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND FIX IT! I CAN STILL PLAY THAT DATA BUT I CANNOT GET BACK TO THE MAIN PART OF THE GAME! Sigh..... I will have to wait for that next patch or work all those hours to get back to where I was at least to Altissia at least and then focus on all those sidequests before advancing the main storyline.
