Chapter 15 Confusion
I finished the game and started chapter 15 and for some reason the entire world is un explored and I haven't finished any quests. Do I have to redo all the quests all over again?

Are you sure you didn't do New Game +?

did you wait until the endscreens? or do you just start a chapter 15 after beating per chapter select?

I might have, the game I'm loading has green text on the save file rather than the white text.

Yes I waited until the end and then it asked to me to continue and I said yes. I seleected my main save and it created new save file with green text.

I've travelled to the Lucis in the past and all of my quest progression and map discovery has been wiped.

Did you save over your progress with the new game plus option?
I beat the game, watched the credits, saved my game in a separate file to be safe, it took me to the main menu, I just loaded up the save I just made, chapter 15 with all my progress.

That was it, I ended up creating a new game + after the credits rolled. I am now in Chapter 15 with all my quests again, thanks!
