Edit: one problem is when you unlock swap the bros have all their abilities. They should've given them separate node trees for unlocking things more gradually.
well it kind of makes me feel like im cheating when i play them - i wish there was a hard mode i could turn on to negate that...
The main thing about swapping is the unbalancing factor at the start of a new game, imo. Noct. does balance out more later, especially with the new Royal/Windows edition changes made.
Your actual post made it sound like you were only talking about non-swap skills.
And if Noct. can kill everything in 1 minute or less then ALL the other bro's are nigh "useless."
If you can end a boss fight in under a minute, there is no need for Ignis's healing skills (except maybe Regenerate once) nor Gladio's mob killing ability and that is what I refer to.
At any rate - whatever. I think this started by my misunderstanding of thinking your post meant you didn't realize the TC was referring to swapping vs. regular bro Tech's/abilities. I don't want to get into a pissing contest about right or wrong. :)
