Report a translation problem
I remember one custscene when Cindy was telling Noct something and the lip-sync was perfect, I remember it because it was probably the first time I noticed the actual lip-sync!
I think it sometimes matches by accedent, otherwise there's just no lip sync. I was a HUGE Fallout 3 nerd though, so flappy pupet lips don't bug me that much.
This kind of issues were ok 10/15 years ago, but not really now...
Since FFVII the "west" has always passed Japan sales, so one would expect to have at least Japanese and English languages fully implemented.
I'm Italian myself and I would never pretend to have the game not only dubbed but perfectly sync in my own language, but I think English should be a standard.
