Because we can assume that he's pretty much playing the 3DM version and we do not condone piracy. Either that or he wants a save before buying but i doubt the latter.

I don't care if he cheats, but that doesn't mean I can't label it as cheating. It's a (mostly) single-player game, cheat all you want.

Thank you for the saves, I've already finished the game twice on the PS4. so I might buy the PC version just for having fun and messing with mods without sitting thru the entire playthrough again xD pardon my laziness lol

maybe he played the demo or has played the console version - take your pick both sound valid. I played and beat a few games on console first before getting their pc versions. and some times i wanted to be able to transfer my saves.
