Stuck at the end of 'A Gentleman's Agreement' - glitch?

I go back to Dino everyday since I've completed his quest, I always get the same reply; 'I'm in the process of securing passage etc.'
But it never happens?
On the web it says I should spend the night at the Galdin Quay’s Quayside Cradle, but I never got prompted to do that, I think the game is stuck?

You talk to Dino multiple times. Spending the night is part of the chain of events.

No no no, your not supposed to spend a dime to stay at the Quay.
It just happens after talking to Dino, followed by a prompt asking if you'd like to proceed.

That's what I saw when I googled this, but I never get the prompt? I did spend a few nights (but camping or in the caravan), I came back each day, but no changes inn what he says :(
I'll try the nice hotel now. I really hope my isn't broken, I've done all that in the demo already!

That's a pretty bad glitch...but restarting isn't too painful with gear

Don't stay at the Quayside Cradle.. Doing that manually won't do ♥♥♥♥.

It finally worked. I've probably spent 3 nights before seeing it work? Last quest I did before was the second hunter's tag one, in the north of the map. Maybe it triggered something?
