Chapter 9 disappear mission

Hello everyone, I just arrived in Chapter 9 of the game, and I can not do the mission "the summit" HEAD TO THE FIRST SECRETARY'S ESTATE.
the NPC that should appear in the entrance does not appear, what to do?

The problem is that it simply does not appear the main mission on the missions screen, or on the mini map, only the sub missions.
there's no way I can select the main mission :/

And that doesnt help? I know there is a bug after summoning Adamontoise with one of the NPCs and teleporting between this locations helps to respawn him.

NPC at the gate appears after Camelia welcomes you at the Weskham's bar, did she do that?

Same thing is happening to me, I just reached this quest...

EDIT: Okay, I fixed it...

1) Go to the gate of the estate.

2) Save your game.

3) Load the save that you just made.

4) There should now be a guy at the gate who you can talk to.

Yes she showed up at the bar and told her to go talk to her, but after that the main mission was gone, I did all the hunting in the bar to see if the Camelia mission would appear again, but nothing happened

Yes, but you do not have the quest after talking Gentiana

me too... My money went to waste and my time too.

I've replayed Chapter 9 up to this point but couldn't reproduce the bug.

Try resting at the hotel and/or teleporting to Lucis and back.
