When do you unlock comrades multiplayer?

i'm only 10 hours in the game and i'm doing all the side quests first so i'm going very slow. but i guess you only unluck multyplayer at a certain stage in the story? maybe when you beat the game?

It’s in the title screen.

Main Title > Downloadable Content > Comrades
You can totally ignore the single player and just play Comrades if you so decide.

However there is content in Comrades that won't make a ton of sense if you haven't played up to chapter 14.
