Best Prompto's secondary weapon?

No idea which one is best, I've been using the Bioblaster since I started but I was wondering if there were better options.

He does get more. I have him use the Flamebreath Cannon, as it pairs really well with his Gravisphere move which makes for great crowd control.

It doesnt really matter, since changing from noct to prompto, renders any build laughable when compared.

I've given him Drillbreaker plus. most of machinery you can find in the imperial bases, go to cid for upgrades

I just give him bioblaster cause that thing has such a high poison chance and poison is gonna deal way more damage then any of the others depending on the enemies health pool.

I give him magic, farmed some voretooth bristles and made a stack of 35 firagas.
