Active/Wait
As you guys know you can analyse ennemies when the combat is set in Wait mode.
Is there a relevant way to do so in Active mode ?
If not, have you figured a way to fast switch between those 2 modes ?

There's no way to smoothly transistion between the two. Most of the time you don't make use of analyze and build the resistance tables through trial and error.

I would've liked wait mode a lot more if it didn't stop when you stop moving in general. Should just stop when you're not moving and locked on.

agree or maybe just press a key to activate it

One thing you could do is hold the defense button for dodging/blocking, that way wait mode won't activate even if you stop moving

Doesn't work on some warp points. You're standing on them, so time will stop, but the game won't let you defend while standing there.

in active mode ignis sometimes analyzes enemies for you so when you lock on you'll get a little window in the upper left corner, however it doesn't really happen frequently enough for it to matter. If you keep a dagger, spear, broad and great sword equipped at all times you'll generally have the weakness of everything. That or magic. Even if its the wrong element, it's generally OP. Especially lightning.
