Nope. Maybe due to Licenses.

Cup Noodle Headgear is a seperate dlc download for console, think they either forgot to include it for the steam version or decide not to include it.

You can email SE about it.

When I first played this game on Xbox I thought Nissin Cup Noodles were made up brand :tgrin:

It did have it in the game at the start along with ALL attire including the Sims costume, unfortunately it and the others were patched out (as they clearly screwed up by giving out all the attire and I can't believe nobody but me checked..), and even when cracked into the game, the Noodle Helmet disapears when added as a key item now. :/ It was hilarious looking and the 4 elemental tee shirt was nice, too, sigh, maybe they will bring them back eventually..

That's adorable.

Here's the problem, when loading anytime after unlocking the attire, it goes away, poof right out of your inventory. Example is the save game at the bottom of the screen CLEARLY WEARING the Noodle Helm, the save is being loaded with it removed once returning to game, in the second screenshot.

To anyone who finds this post 6 years later (like I did), you can add the noodle helm as well as all other locked attire by downloading the mod "lost treasures". You need the mod manager called "flagrum" to install the mod.
Works perfectly, it stays equipped after you close the game, you get the cup noodle hat immediately, and achievements still work.
