End Game Save File

I already completed the game on console originally, so I don't want to go through the whole story again. What I really want to do is get a chance to use Armiger Unleashed without having to go through the story and getting the Royal Arms again. If anyone has a save file with at the end of the game or just with all the Royal Arms/Chapter 13 that'd be great

I second this, I've played all the way through on console, but I waited to do a new game + run till ffxv came out on PC. I would love to just be able to at farm a bit in chapter 15 and then start new game + without doing everything over again. Also if there is a site or subreddit where these types of saves are typically hosted then that works too!

I don't really understand that train of thought. You knowingly bought the same game on a different platform and are expecting to keep your save file? I guess you are the kind of person to demand your crash bandicoot ps4 remaster save file you platinum'd to be able to port over to the Steam release.

What do you think this is? Windows store crossplay?

Jesus there's no need to be such a ♥♥♥♥ about it. The game looks and plays better on PC thats probably the reason they got the game again. And honestly I don't blame them for not wanting to go through it all over again and just start with NG+. Theres a hell of a lot of content.

I wasn't really expecting anything, but I'm also not above asking others for help. As far as I am aware, its typically pretty easy to share saves for PC games, and I figured that there might be someone who's had the time to get to that point in the game already. I don't have as much time as I used to have for gaming, so I figured I would try asking first.

Thanks for suggesting cross-play though. Given that ff xv does have cross-play, it seems like it might be possible that someone has a completed PC save just by virtue of the fact that they'd beaten the game on their console.

The train of thought is that I want to do a new game with the Founder King's Sigil without having to go through the whole game again just to use it. Did I say I expected my game file from my original play through to be here? No. I simply just want to do a new playthrough with the new item without redoing the story and the tombs.

At least with this edition, it's much easier to kind of breeze through the game, also I imagine at this point, there are trainers/hacks/cheats to get through it even faster. I mean, may as well just play through the game, and get the achievements. The game is a real treat on PC, so it's worth going through again with the new coat of paint (better visuals, etc)

im also in the same boat. dont worry about the idiots saying crap like "OMG NOT CROSS SAVE WAT U EXPECT"... they are idiots. i also beat the game on PS4 and did EVERYTHING on my first play through. i waited on the windows edition because i recently switched to PC gaming and have a 1080Ti. of course i wanna see it in 4K and replay it with the new content. If anyone does have a save file with all the royal arms and New Game + unlocked, please let me know as well. I cant bear the thought of doing a certain dungeon again for a certain royal arm, it was THE WORST.
