No one really cares about turfworks or real shadow works or whatever, and hairworks is meh I guess. But boobworks sounds amazing since the boobs in this game don’t jiggle realistically at all, unless they all have those faulty boob jobs. Do something that people will actually care about. We all know you have the funds to make this happen.

Gonna add this from TV tropes:
Some love the fact that there will finally be a female Cid and welcome the addition of another female to the cast, others dislike her sexualized outfit and appearance. Hajime Tabata explained however that she is intended to be an energetic and outgoing character, rather than an erotic one, so they're going to focus on moderating the way she is presented (i.e., not having the camera linger on her in overtly sexual ways). Others note that the base concept of her outfit would have been fine had they just zipped up her jacket, not made the thong visible and given her shoes a normal human can actually work in and criticise that its current version is just for fanservice after all and the denial just a bad excuse.

I dunno, I guess the character design was inconsistent with the writing direction for the character. I'd have thought that Tabtata would have paid a bit more attention to something that glaring

Not advocating for boob physics, but you're being hyperbolic. Dead or Alive 5 Last Round is still on Steam, isn't banned in any countries that wouldn't already ban FFXV for Cindy's skimpy clothes, and isn't rated AO despite having boob physics options.

FFXV would literally have to be a porn game to get any of those and even then it could just circumvent all of that by just censoring it and making an uncensor patch available elsewhere.

You don't design a character that way and then say 'hey, I'm not sexualizing her, she just has a bubbly personality.' That's just a load of hot air :)

Like Kojima saying there was a good story-related reason for the way Quiet dressed in Metal Gear Solid V, and that people would feel bad about thinking she was sexualized. Pictured below: a character that isn't sexualized:

Honestly im okay with this, I am just trying to enjoy the game as is first. I believe there will be mods for it, but you have to be patient with it. Id suggest just wait or make it happen yourself. If you have ever modded skyrim then you know someone will do it.
