Do Palm trees grow in salt water?

Most palm trees grow in rainforests, but you see palms closer to the ocean more than other trees because they are very saltwater resistant, but they rely on freshwater to live--saltwater will kill them (there are several recent articles about Palm Trees in Florida starting to die because of rising sea levels)

That tiny bit of water is fresh. You can tell by looking at the fractal focal plane of the "B" light value in the underlying matrix.

But even then, a tree submerged like this would not survive. So its still a fail.
